We have invested in a brand-new GE Ultrasound machine, a high-specification unit used for both abdominal imaging and detailed echocardiography (heart scans).

• Precision Imaging: This allows us to see fine details in the liver, kidneys, and heart valves.
• Fine Needle Aspirates: We use ultrasound to guide needles safely into specific areas to collect cells from tumours or organs for analysis.
• Emergency Scanning: In urgent cases, we use this to quickly check for fluid accumulation or internal bleeding.

Endoscopy is a non-invasive way to "look inside" using a tiny camera on a flexible tube.

• Gastrointestinal Scopes: We can look into the stomach and duodenum (upper GI) or the colon (colonoscopy) to identify lesions and take biopsies without surgery.
• Airway Scopes (Bronchoscopy): For pets with chronic coughs, we can examine the trachea and bronchi and obtain samples directly from the lungs.
• Foreign Body Retrieval: If your pet has swallowed something they shouldn't have, we can often use the endoscope to retrieve it, saving them from major abdominal surgery.
